Benefits of Membership

Over the course of its 73 year history, the BCAC has developed a tradition of networking that:

  • creates business relationships
  • facilitates communication amongst industry members
  • provides social interaction for aviation-minded people
  • increases the profile of aviation and aerospace issues

BCAC members also enjoy significant discounts with partners like Delta Hotels, where members are entitled to reduced room rates.

Through its scholarships and awards programs, the Council is a strong supporter of the education and training of human resources to meet the skill requirements of the BC aviation industry.

Membership Types

With over 200  individual and corporate members, the BCAC represents almost all major aviation companies in the province.

Please consider joining us to enjoy the benefits of membership while helping to sustain a strong aviation sector in British Columbia.

To simplify members’ renewals, the BCAC will move to a calendar year membership period, with the year starting on January 1. Current BCAC members who renew their membership during 2012 will enjoy the benefits of BCAC membership until December 31, 2012.

New members will follow a sliding scale according to when they purchase their membership during various quarters of the year.

Note that a student membership is free if the student is registered with a BCAC Corporate member institution, and that students who wish to apply for a scholarship or award must be members of the BCAC.
