One time ‘Mark Duncan Bursary’ added to BCAC Scholarships

Aircraft Maintenance Engineer Bursary Added

In honour of the B.C. Aviation Council’s (BCAC) outgoing Chair Mark Duncan, a one time scholarship has been added to the list of BCAC scholarships.

A big thank you from the Council on everything Mark Duncan has done and his contributions to the aviation industry in B.C.

Basic Criteria:

The recipient must be a student currently enrolled in an Aircraft Maintenance Engineer (AME) program at a post-secondary institution in British Columbia and have an academic grade average of 75% or higher.

Nominator to include a signed narrative on the following points:

  • Student has financial need.
  • The recipient will demonstrate achievement in community involvement in an included  narrative.
  • Student has demonstrated a commitment to continue with training to obtain diploma, degree or certification.
  • Attach latest certified scholastic mark.
