On November 12 2009, BCAC held the annual Silver Wings Banquet to award scholarships and bursaries to aviation students and to celebrate excellence in aviation with the Council’s recognition awards. 2009 was the first year that the banquet was held separately from a conference. With a full ballroom and judging from the feedback to date, we can only describe the event as an unqualified success.
