BCIT’s School of Transportation has been training and educating Canada’s aerospace, marine and motive power industry leaders of tomorrow for over forty years. We offer excellent programs in a variety of transportation fields, from commercial pilot to ship’s officers, and from auto service technicians to commercial transport mechanics. Our programs are offered at four different campus locations throughout Greater Vancouver, and at a number of campuses throughout British Columbia.
The Dean is a senior member of the Leadership Team of the Institute with overall responsibility for the School of Transportation. In addition, the Dean plays a significant role in developing Institute strategies and initiating relationships with external organizations that advance the profile of BCIT and its programs.
