The BC Aviation Council and InterVISTAS Consulting are partnering to present a day long workshop – The Future of Airport Infrastructure.

Capital planning is a key to transportation infrastructure development because development and repayment requires long time lines. As we approach 20 years since devolution, numerous airports are realizing that their capital stock is deteriorating and they have limited ability to replace it. This is more acute for smaller airports. The day is to look at capital planning and looking forward.

The workshop will be followed by the BC Aviation Council’s Silver Wings Awards: Making CONNECTIONS, held at YVR’s South Terminal.
