Silver Wings Awards coming up October 26

The B.C. Aviation Council (BCAC) celebrates the 2016 winners of both its industry awards and the aviation related scholarships at its annual Silver Wings Awards gala on October 26, 2016.

BCAC has been honoring its industry colleagues in this fashion since 1961 and in so doing, continues to highlight the many achievements of its members.  Students in aviation studies continue to benefit from the annual scholarships presented, this year totaling $23,500.

The Silver Wings Awards Gala is BCAC’s premier event and is attended by many industry professionals, students and those interested in aviation. The event is a key networking event and the space at the Vancouver Convention Centre allows for guests to mingle throughout the evening.
