Deputy Prime Minister Igor has backed proposals for in-country assembly of an iconic Canadian light aircraft in a bid to tackle the Far East’s aviation headaches. But the company he is backing is not the one with whom Viking has signed a Memorandum of Understanding regarding licensed final assembly.
