CHC is pleased that this year’s theme is: Discipline in Aviation: Professionalism in Flight Operations and Maintenance. In keeping with the theme of discipline, CHC is honoured to bring a special guest to touch on that topic.
Space travel requires incredible discipline, so to kick off the 6th annual Safety & Quality Summit, and in honour of the 40 year anniversary of the first lunar walk, CHC is elated to bring Capt. Eugene ‘Gene’ Cernan to the podium.
Captain Cernan is the last man to walk on the moon. He also has the distinction of being the second American to walk in space. Capt Cernan did three historic missions in space as the Pilot of Gemini IX, the Lunar Module Pilot of Apollo X and the Commander of Apollo XVII.
CHC is thrilled to have Capt Gene Cernan present as our special Guest Speaker, helping us launch the 2010 Summit.
